We do not accept any returns on products once they are delivered. Due to the nature of our collections and to maintain hygiene and quality standards, all purchases are considered final sale.

Please ensure you review the product details, sizing, and description carefully before placing your order. Our team is always available on WhatsApp for real-time product videos and fit suggestions to help you shop with confidence.

SECTION 2: REFUND POLICY - NO CASH/MONEY REFUND ❌

Please note that we do not offer refunds in cash or to the original payment method. All approved refunds are issued in the form of store credit (provided as a coupon code), which can be used for future purchases on our website.

Refunds are only provided if:

  • The item is damaged.

  • The item is incorrect from what was ordered.

Step 2: Share a video clearly showing the damage.

Step 3: Wait for approval.

Step 4: Once approved and product is received back to us , refund will be processed within 3 working days.

 


SECTION 3: EXCHANGE POLICY 🔄

We offer exchanges on eligible products under the following conditions:

✅ Exchange Conditions

  • Exchange requests must be made within 24 hours of delivery.

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and returned with all original tags and packaging intact.

  • A mandatory unboxing video is required to process the exchange.

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability at the time of the request.

  • Limited Collection items are not eligible for exchange.

💸 Shipping Charges for Exchange

  • Reverse shipping fees range from ₹200 to ₹500, depending on the weight of the item.

  • If you received the correct item and still wish to exchange it, the shipping cost must be borne by the customer.

  • If the item received is wrong or damaged, Jhunoon will cover the return shipping charges.

📦 How to Request an Exchange

  1. Contact us within 24 hours of delivery via:

  3. Wait for our team to review and approve the request.

  4. Once approved, follow the return instructions shared.

  5. Your replacement item will be processed and shipped within 7–10 working days after we receive the original item.
