- VERY IMPORTANT - Video Proof: For all returns and exchanges, a video of opening the package must be provided. This video must clearly show the product as you unpack it from its original packaging.

- Approval: Once we review your video and validate the claim of damage, we will send you an email confirming your return approval.

Exchange Process :
- If the delivered product matches the size, color, and variant as ordered on our website and you still wish to request an exchange, a return shipping fee of Rs.200 to Rs.500 will be applicable. This cost will be borne by the customer.
- If there is any discrepancy from our end regarding the size, color, or variant of the order delivered, the exchange will be conducted free of cost.
