NO RETURN NO EXCHANGE ON LIMITED COLLECTION (Incase of damaged or wrong delivery money will be refunded in the form on store credit or discount coupon for the similar value.)


Return & Exchange Policy

Welcome to Jhunoon.in ! We strive to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. However, we understand that sometimes a product may not be exactly what you expected. Here is our return and exchange policy:

Exchanges

• Please Note : A reverse shipping fee of Rs.200/- to Rs.500/- will be Charged (Depending on the weight of the order.)
  
• Returns in case of exchange will take 7 - 10 days in order to exchange the product.
  
  
• If you want to exchange product please follow the process below to initiate a request for a Exchange.

Shipping Schedule

• Orders are not shipped on weekends. Any orders placed on Saturday will be processed and dispatched on the following Monday.
• Orders are typically packed and dispatched within 1-3 business days from the time the order is placed.
• You can expect delivery within 7-12 days of dispatch.

Refunds

• Refunds are only accepted if the product received is damaged. In such cases, a refund will be issued.
• If your product is damaged, please follow the process below to initiate a return for a refund
• Refund will be credited back in your account with in 7-10 Working Days.

Return & Exchange Mandatory Process

Return process :

1. VERY IMPORTANT - Video Proof: For all returns and exchanges, a video of opening the package must be provided. This video must clearly show the product as you unpack it from its original packaging.
2. Initiate a Request: Return requests must be made within 24Hours of the product delivery. Please contact our customer service team via email at getsupport@jhunoon.in or call us at +91 99716 98864 to initiate the process.
3. Approval: Once we review your video and validate the claim of damage, we will send you an email confirming your return approval.
4. Return Shipping: Details on how to send back the product will be provided once your request is approved. Please note that the product must be returned in its original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
   
   
   

Exchange Process : 

1. If the delivered product matches the size, color, and variant as ordered on our website and you still wish to request an exchange, a return shipping fee of Rs.200 to Rs.500 will be applicable. This cost will be borne by the customer.
2. If there is any discrepancy from our end regarding the size, color, or variant of the order delivered, the exchange will be conducted free of cost.

4. Returns for exchanges will be processed within 7 to 10 days.

• Our office hours are Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 9 PM. Requests submitted outside of these hours will be processed on the next business day.
• Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the size you require is not available, we will contact you to discuss alternative solutions.
