- Please Note : A reverse shipping fee of Rs.200/- to Rs.500/- will be Charged (Depending on the weight of the order.)
- Returns in case of exchange will take 7 - 10 days in order to exchange the product.

Return & Exchange Mandatory Process
Return process :
- VERY IMPORTANT - Video Proof: For all returns and exchanges, a video of opening the package must be provided. This video must clearly show the product as you unpack it from its original packaging.

- Approval: Once we review your video and validate the claim of damage, we will send you an email confirming your return approval.
- Return Shipping: Details on how to send back the product will be provided once your request is approved. Please note that the product must be returned in its original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
Exchange Process :
- If the delivered product matches the size, color, and variant as ordered on our website and you still wish to request an exchange, a return shipping fee of Rs.200 to Rs.500 will be applicable. This cost will be borne by the customer.
- If there is any discrepancy from our end regarding the size, color, or variant of the order delivered, the exchange will be conducted free of cost.
