• Exchange requests must be made within 24 hours of delivery.
• The item must be unused, unwashed, and returned with all original tags and packaging intact.
• A mandatory unboxing video is required to process the exchange.
• Exchanges are subject to stock availability at the time of the request.
• A reverse and shipping handeling fee of INR 200 - 500 will be charged.
• If the article is damaged or incorrect size has been sent. There will no reverse shipping fee.
